Our Premier teams participate in a National Schedule, including Colorado and California tournaments.

Coaches
Interested in bringing your existing team to the organization or forming a new Impact team? Our teams range from 10u to 18u and are currently located across Georgia, Florida, Kentucky, Alabama, Connecticut, and the Carolinas. We carefully evaluate all prospective teams and coaches to ensure they complement the values of our organization and contribute to our long-standing legacy of success.
The Impact Legacy
The Impact Organization was orginated in 2002. Since the beginning, Impact has helped over 700 players fulfill their goal of playing in college. Several of the 700+ players continued after college with professional softball careers. With a long line of great coaches and players, Impact has grown into one of the most premier travel organizations in the country.
